در Adobe Premiere Rush ابزارهایی برای کار با رنگ، صدا، گرافیک متحرک، متن و غیره فراهم شده اند که ویرایش و اعمال تغییر در ویدئو را با ساده ترین روش ها میسر می کنند. علاوه بر این، تعداد قابل توجهی از انیمیشن های با کیفیت و محافظ صفحه نمایش در این نرم افزار ارائه شده است که می توان آن ها را شخصی سازی نمود و همچنین امکانی فراهم شده تا کاربر بتواند در صورت تمایل از Adobe Stock موارد بیشتری را دریافت کند.

Operating system
Windows 10
In order to take advantage of the latest operating system features and technologies, Creative Cloud 2019 apps require Windows 10 Creators update (version 1703) or later. If you're on an older version, Microsoft provides a free update to the latest version of Windows 10.

Windows 8.1
The latest version of Creative Cloud apps does not support Windows 8.1. Microsoft discontinued mainstream support for Windows 8.1 in January 2018.

To take advantage of the latest features in the Creative Cloud 2019 apps, you'll need to upgrade your OS to a compatible version of Windows 10. If you're unable to upgrade to Windows 10 right now, you can continue to work with previous versions of Creative Cloud apps. However, you won't be able to use newly introduced apps, such as Premiere Rush or Adobe XD.

Windows 7
If your device is not compatible with the operating systems listed, you may want to consider upgrading your hardware. Adobe Creative Cloud individual members in the United States with devices that have incompatible operating systems can explore these special offers from Adobe’s partners to upgrade their device and operating system.

If your Creative Cloud account is managed under an enterprise account, please consult your Creative Cloud administrator or your organization’s procurement team about upgrading your device.

Note:
NVIDIA has publicly released windows ODE drivers that support the CUDA 9.2 SDK used in the latest release of Premiere Pro. This is not the Microsoft default driver, but you can download this driver directly from NVIDIA, Version 411.63 (of the 410 series drivers).
